Although I have over twelve years of experience in investigations, the first time I played NCL I was new to cybersecurity. I was afraid that I was not smart enough to compete in this sort of game. The NCL was a way for me to challenge myself and prove that I could do whatever I set my mind to. Three seasons later, and two years into cybersecurity, I have gained the confidence and the skills I needed to succeed. The NCL taught me that no matter what your background is or the level of experience you have, you should still challenge your mind. Because you’ll never know what you’re capable of unless you try!

Felicita “FiFi” Sandoval, Certified Fraud Examiner

Felicita, who is also known as ZeroTrail, is a Certified Fraud Examiner who works as an Investigator for the government. She is highly experienced in audits, compliance, information technology, and investigations—specializing in anti-money laundering, fraud investigations, and audit reporting. She has over ten years of experience in implementing SOX principles, GDPR practices, and privacy rules.

Her goal is to motivate individuals into cybersecurity as a career and show them how organizations like NCL can help them see that everyone has a “little genius” inside themselves.
